The creation of the work was influenced by my longtime fascination with human anatomy, as well as collaboration with scientists from the field of medicine. I used three-dimensional models of the vessels approaching the brain, which I created for a scientific study by an employee of the Federal State Institution “National Medical Research Center of Oncology named after N.N. Petrov.

I transfer all emotions into the image of the body, its analytical structure. The life of the body, captured outside of it, becomes richer and more aesthetic than the flesh enclosed within it. In my work Inner Symphony, I talk about life inside the third, energetic body. Like musical instruments in an anatomical orchestra, each organ plays a different role.

For the "shell", the outer contour, I used a scanned head sculpture that we made especially for this project together with a sculptor. "Inner Symphony" is also inspired by the artist Pavel Chelishchev, who in his works ‘shone through' human bodies, painting the insides as if using X-ray vision.
